What we collect
One piece of data: the email address you enter to receive the newsletter, together with the date and proof of your consent. Nothing else is collected, and this site uses neither cookies nor audience measurement tools.
Why
To announce Shore One Editions publications, once or twice a year. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message or by email.
Who has access
The publisher and its email service provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which hosts the list within the European Union and acts as a processor. Your data is neither sold nor shared.
For how long
Until you unsubscribe, then deleted within three months. An address inactive for three years is deleted.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by email to contact@arnoshore.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
